All the staff there the day I went in were nice and professional, but Felicia was that and an amazing massage therapist to boot. She reviewed my np paperwork, asked questions and listened to me , then intuitively knew what I needed to have worked on.

It gives me pride to say, I'm a disabled Navy Veteran receiving Communication Care out of the James Haley VA Hospital at Blue Q Health And Wellness. From the very moment I walked in i noticed cleanliness and stress free atmosphere. Next, the receptionist was on point with kindness, professionalism and a welcoming smile. Never a problem with scheduling or rescheduling. All doctors and assistants are kind and concerned about my comfort and needs. In particular, my acupuncturist is a most knowledgeable, professional and really a terrific man. He has been a blessing as I receive nerve pain relief that's greatly appreciated. I went to Blue Q Health for my first massage. I had a great experience. the whole staff was amiable and helpful. Barbara, the lady that did my massage, was very kind and respectful. I think God blessed her hands for doing massages! I am looking forward to my next appointment.
