Never use Urgent care but it was Holiday weekend and Dr suggested it due to many Drs in office on vacation! I loved this office, not a long wait at all and once nurse called me in checked my vitals the Dr came minutes later! Absolutely wonderful Dr. Great bedside manor and extremely informative! Nurse then came in with the paperwork which stated the diagnosis and said Rx was already sent to Publix! Nurse suggested I call pharmacy to see if they could be ready shortly, so I did and was told maybe 20-30 minutes. Hopefully I won’t need an Urgent Care in the future but Baycare Urgent Care on Walsingham will be my go to!

Arrived shortly after opening on a weekday. Quick and efficient throughput. Great communication by all staff from reception, to nurse to provider. They explained every step in the process. Answered my questions and when I left I had a good understanding of follow up care and the implications of my treated condition.
Excellent. I made a reservation online and they saw me quickly when I came in. Everyone was very friendly and professional and they accurately diagnosed my illness and prescribed the necessary medications.
