Checked in, did all of he paperwork, waited hour-then spent 30 minutes describing my fall, resultant pain and then asked for an X-ray of the left groin area. Were told that their C-ray equipment had been down for six months!
We left and the next day got X-ray and PT scan at Bay Care ER, Bardmoor, very positive experience!
Great service overall! The staff genuinely cared and the nurse practitioner listened to my concerns but also shared her concerns. They followed up to check in as well as update me on the results of labs. I am beyond grateful for their help when I was not feeling well!
Very attentive and helpful staff. I was not feeling well at all and they did everything to help me navigate. The wait was not too bad either. Left with scripts and clear instructions.
