HORRIBLE. I called and texted many times and never received any calls or texts in return. This place should be taken off Groupon and I will do my best to write reviews everywhere so this does not continue to happen to people!

This place was very hard to find. I paid for a service and never received it. My appointment was canceled due to an overbooking by the owner. She agreed to refund my money but I never received it. Bad business and very unprofessional.

The owner Shanese took my money and didn't supply me any services. I attempted to get a refund. She refused even tho she's the one that cancelled with me THRU TEXT one hour before my appointment. So I'm out of money and still have the same kinks I had before Horrible business woman!
