Thank you so much for fixing my computer. Derick went above and beyond on helping me and did things to my computer to make it easier to run, helped by cleaning out the fan and the keyboard and doing and update for a hotfix for me on the keyboard. Thank you for resetting everything and doing the hard drive wipe. IT fixed everything and back on track. He was so very nice and patient also with everything that happened to my computer. Thankful for all the help that was given to me and understanding and patience.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have been working with this company for over 10 years.
Nobody else touches my computer system.
They handle all of my company backup solutions, keep my software up to date, and notify me if they see anything odd in my system.
When, on the rare occasion I do have a glitch, they can log in remotely, run their diagnostics, and get me back up and running, the same day that I call them.
Believe me, this group is the pinnacle of customer support, and it knowledge.
There is no reason to risk your system to anyone else.
