They handle all of my company backup solutions, keep my software up to date, and notify me if they see anything odd in my system.
When, on the rare occasion I do have a glitch, they can log in remotely, run their diagnostics, and get me back up and running, the same day that I call them.
Believe me, this group is the pinnacle of customer support, and it knowledge.
There is no reason to risk your system to anyone else.

Wanted to upgrade to Windows 11. I had one chip that was needed and a computer repair chain told me my computer would not be able to use that chip which meant thousands for a new computer as I have an extremely fast computer. The tech at Affordable did a deep dive and found I could. They installed it (the chip was $49) and I was able to upgrade to Windows 11 with no problems. They are definitely worth it.
