I recently had my first service done by Robert R. McGill Air Conditioning, Inc.. From the first call, to initiate a contract, to the first service call, everything was seamless. I was sent a text a day before my service date and then when the technician was on the way. Amanda was the technician and was 10 mins early. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She spent time explaining what we could do to keep the AC unit clean and working efficiently till the next service appointment. Very pleased with the service and communication. I will have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for an air conditioning company.
I have to compliment your employee Walter Dorceus. He was without a doubt the most courteous competent serviceman I have encountered. He came for my annual service call. He was extremely pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. When he was ready to leave there were a very few drops on floor from going into attic. He insisted on a wet paper towel to clean the floor. Who does that? Hang on to that young man.
