Had a slight drainage issue with my HVAC after a routine service from RM; which caused the T Switch to trip the power to the unit. The great thing about RM AC is that they are a 24-hour service. I called them on a Saturday night around 8:30 PM, and Ethan Bridges (the tech) was at my house within 10 minutes. Not only did Ethan fix the issue, he was able to answer all of my questions like a true professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better person at the time! Imagine Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend and your AC goes!! Thank goodness I have McGill AC maintenance agreement in place. Rodney came as soon as he could, he was on a call.
