Ken and the Lovell Aluminum Team were exceptional. Ken takes you through the process, explaining each step so there are no surprises. He monitored progress and made sure everything was ready for the county inspection. Lovell products standout from all the rest. They use only stainless steel bolts that come with a lifetime guarantee (will never rust). The aluminum product looks great and is unique. The entire frame is part of their drainage system, so water never accumulates in the lanai. My friends are always talking about getting water out after a heavy rain in their lanai. Mike Lovell and his team did a fantastic job! Extremely professional, quality work and great communication. We added two screened areas in our backyard, one has a roof and the other area is all screen. It has taken an ordinary backyard area and turned it into an extension of our house. I highly recommend Lovell Aluminum - I can't say enough about them!
