Kim did a terrific job performing a lead-based paint inspection on a home we considered purchasing. Kim was professional, punctual, and delivered the follow-up report exactly when promised. In particular, I really appreciated how Kim pulled me aside after the inspection to discuss findings as well as make specific recommendations for how to handle them in clear, precise language that a not-so-handy person like me could understand.
