I went to store today and there two employees that were very nice and helpful. Rose and Anne was very welcome and they were great customer service today, they even have me sign up for the VIP card and I did it. I will definitely come here very often now. This is the best hair store I've went and got good service from employees.

Decent prices, but definitely not a fan of that manager who's supposedly been there for 10 years. While I was asking another associate for a second opinion, she called me out on it in front of everyone because she had already given me an answer. It was humiliating and unprofessional. She started telling me that she is the manager and that the other associate had only been there for 3 weeks etc. I left all the things I was going to buy at the counter because she kept cutting me off and going back and forth. This level of unprofessionalism should not be tolerated. It’s the type of things that bring decent business under.

Beauty Supply Jackpot!!! There is nothing quite like the relief of walking into a store and finding it perfectly balanced - especially when it comes to the music volume. Most Hair supply stores feel like a chaotic scavenger hunt, especially when the staff isn't attentive to incoming customers, but THIS STORE, THIS LOCATION!!! I was greeted on the spot. This Location is organized and well -stocked.
Music: Not too loud, I could hear myself think, and actually remember the other things I came to purchase.
