The Roof Saver offers Peak301 roof rejuvenation treatment to restore damaged asphalt shingles. One application adds at least 6 years to a roof's life, and it can be done up to 3 times, adding up to 18 years, guaranteed by a 6 year warranty. The soybean-based breakthrough behind Peak 301 was discovered and developed at Iowa State University. Flexibility and grit retention are the X-factor for a roof. When a tree branch or heavy winds hit asphalt shingles, flexibility is the difference between bouncing back and snapping in half or cracking and curling. The Roof Saver is an excellent company with prompt and awesome customer service. Customers describe the finished result as wonderful and the overall experience as great, with pricing even better. Homeowners with roofs 8, 10, 12, and 14 years old have used the treatment for shingle damages, granular loss, dry and cracking shingles, and to maintain and refresh roof appearance. Specialists perform roof inspections, educate on the product, and explain benefits. Peak 301 is eco-friendly and non toxic, puts oils back into shingles, and maintains flexibility for long life expectancy, especially against brutal sun and UV ray damage in Florida. After treatment, granules compact, shingles rebuild, and roof appearance refreshes. Customers report shingles no longer dry, cracking, or losing granules, and are very flexible. The 6 year warranty is transferable. Customers highly recommend The Roof Saver and plan to have more roofs done.

My roof is 10 years old. I had a few shingle damages and knew my roof was getting older so ran across The Roof Saver on Facebook I called them out, They educated me on the product figured I’d give it a try was kind of skeptical. Super happy amazing product love the 6 year warranty. I have 3 rentals getting done next. Definitely recommend this company.
The Roof Saver was a great choice to extended the life of my roof. My roof is only 8 years old but I was worry because it was loosing the granular coating I saw couple shingles looking darker and when I did a close up, I did notice little black balls were separating from the shingle. We did the treatment , and I am so happy you can not see that granular lost anymore and they warranty me 6 more years to my roof life.
