He was more than I expected, really give you the whole package. He educates you on nutrition, portion control, fitness and also on routines you can do at home. He has a complete gym in his private home garage plus he does massages. He’s awesome I wish I would have meet him along time ago.

Here is my advice. Go to LA Fitness if you want to pay an arm and a leg for personal training, be put into a contract and get no results. Oh, and the gym membership. Go to Johnathan if you’re a results over looks person. He’s local personal trainer who has his gym in his garage. You do the same exercises and get results because he takes a personal interest in you. You’re not just a number and he gets to know you. After training with him for 5 months I would never got back to those big box gyms. They charge 3x what I pay here.
