We use Florida's Best Inspection on our newly build home with D R for the peace of mind. I’m glad that John pointed out our HVAC need attention so our builder could fixed that problem as well as other minor but important details to our house. We went to look at the house couple times prior and didn't even notices some cosmetic problems and John pointed it out for us. Too bad we didn't get to do the Plumbing video record service this time because his camera broke. I hope it fix by next time we need for the come back inspection in 11th months. My wife and I are purchasing a brand new home and we’re on the fence about whether or not to have a third-party home inspection as it was not required. Let me tell you we are SO happy that we did! We got the most complete inspection you could imagine!
From the roof to the slab, our inspector went through everything and I mean everything. You would think a new home would be good to go, but he even found burnt wiring in the electric panel that was very near catching on fire! Most of what was revealed was maybe not as alarming as burnt wiring but very important nonetheless.
