John is an amazing guy to have him come and inspect your future home. John was to his word and his appointment. He was very, honest, detailed, meticulous and explained everything. I'm relieved we had chosen the right person to inspect our future home, what a relief.

Reviews
John Grattan (of Florida Best Inspections) provided a stellar home inspection on a home that I am about to purchase. His attention to detail is unmatched—he was incredibly thorough and provided an excellent, easy-to-read report. He uses the latest equipment including a camera that quickly identifies all leaking, and thermal heat presence (or loss). He really helped me understand the true condition of the home. A pleasure to have worked with him! Five stars for this great inspector and his company!
John did an amazing job with our home inspection! He was extremely honest, thorough, and hardworking throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood what we were looking at.
You can really tell he cares about doing a good job and looking out for his customers. His prices were also some of the best I found, especially for the quality of service he provides.
I would 100% recommend John and his inspection services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable home inspector. Great experience all around!
