She was very nice and professional. I especially like the head support in the shampoo bowl. Why don't all salons use these?? I usually hate the bowl because it hurts my neck, but the support allowed me to relax and enjoy the shampoo and scalp massage. Thanks again for a great experience. See you in about 10 weeks :-)“

I came back for complementary gel because my previous set was bumpy and chipping after one week. The owner Joyce fixed my nails and explained that the bumpy nails form the first set is because I asked for them to remove my hard gel instead of getting a fill (my nails had grown out and I figured I don't need the hard gel) I wish Lilly had communicated that they would be bumpy if I remove it instead of getting a fill, because I would have definitely not removed the hard gel if that was the case.

I'm happy with the new gel polish and hopefully this set lasts longer than the previous. Appreciate the good service!“

“I got a lash extension service done by Ray yesterday as one of her models and she was wonderful! She was very attentive and easy to talk to, making the whole experience relaxing and comfortable for me especially as someone who doesnt get lashes very often. I wanted a classic set more on the natural side and left extremely happy with a boost of confidence.

I'd also like to mention that Sydney was amazing as a support person for Ray during my appointment. She was a gentle and guiding hand, providing tips and tricks to help her build confidence and perfect her technique as she paves her way at the beginning of her lash career. Having guidance and support like that is vital for anyone starting something new! Seeing that from a customer perspective, that was comforting. Knowing that Ray is getting what she needs from Sydney as someone new and eager to learn, asking questions to ensure she does things the right way. We've all been in that position, being new and needing help, so it made me happy to see her being encouraged in that way from someone who has the experience to lend her.

“I've gone here twice since relocating from Clay County. Tina did my nails the first time and Tammy the second time. Both did a good job. Only negative comment is the different kinds of gel polish are more expensive than other places for example, the chrome is 15$ more. That's a 70$ pedicure... The place is lovely & clean though.“

Annie is highly experienced and knowledgable. Her medical background as NP combined with her expertise as a master injector allow her to be an amazing aesthetician who’s devoted to addressing her clients needs and concerns. Also, you couldn’t ask for a nicer person who’s so accommodating and reasonable. I highly recommend going to see her to get results you will see and feel.“
