On time, friendly, professional and thorough. My instant hot water heater is getting long in the tooth but it’s working much better after servicing from Brooks. A quality business that hasn’t sold out to private equity vultures. 5 stars.
Dave was amazing we had an issue with our pipes in a bathroom and our walls were leaking !!! when could this happen. Ot course July 3rd the day before a holiday. He showed up in the window he gave us. He was very personable and a wonderful and honest guy all around. Thank you Dave for giving us great news and fixing this for us today. We have your number !!!!!
