Grayson and Gene are the best at construction and customer service of our pool. both gentlemen were very consistent with feedback during the construction and after construction of our pool. We are first time owners of a pool. Their instructions and guidance were very superior for us.

We bought a home that is currently under construction with a Waterscapes pool included. We had questions about the pool (switching chlorine to saltwater, adding a heat pump) where we wanted to pay for these minor changes if possible as the pool was being built. We are very pleased with our Waterscapes Pool and Spa. The design process easy, especially since we had a Neal home. Our goals for pool size and layout were met and it was fun process to see how easy we could customize it to ensure we maximized our space and the spa and sun deck were positioned for the best use. Jordan, our construction manager has been fantastic. During the process we realized we had a few minor changes and he was able to accommodate and get creative on some of the tile work within the pool. He has also been great since the pool has been in, available for questions with very quick response. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend.
