I do not recommend them. They will ruin your clothing. I dropped off a pair of brand new pants to be altered and the stitching was so sloppy. I could have done it better myself. I will never use them again.

Terrible experience. It’s been over a year I’ve been trying to find resolve. I brought in a red satin dress for dry cleaning. After paying and it sitting in my closet in the plastic I decided to wear it for a date night. When I took it out I noticed the hooked the safety pin in the front of the dress making a hole. Common sense is to pin on the side or something why the front! I call back, I show up, I was promised a phone call back. No response. They gave me Bobby, the owners number, and I texted him the situation. He responded and told me they can fix it and to bring the dress back. It’s truly disappointing how poorly this establishment is run. Not only was the staff unprofessional and dismissive, but their complete lack of customer care was evident from the start. I dropped off two suits after confirming the price in advance. However, when I returned on the agreed-upon pickup day, I was told the work hadn’t even been started—and that the price had changed.

Despite my efforts to explain that I had chosen their business based on the quote and timeline they gave me, I was met with excuses and zero accountability. The manager was especially rude and made no effort to resolve the issue or offer a solution.
