Suttle Roofing did an incredible job installing a fresh TPO membrane over our manufacturing facility. Flat roofs are always tricky around seam integrity, but their hot-air welding pass was immaculate and passed inspection without a single issue. The team was safety-oriented, polite, and wrapped up the entire job two days ahead of our original deadline. Excellent craftsmanship and outstanding service all around.

Jonathan knocked on my door as many before him had .. but he was different… I listened to him about how I should let him inspect my roof .. I got his card and told him I would think about .. days passed and I started looking at my roof and it didn’t look that good.. it was 12 yrs old .. I called him and he came and inspected it .. he told there was damage and there had been a wind storm in Lakewood ranch just 6 months ago … I called my insurance agent USAA … they sent a inspector and he spent about 40 min looking at it .. and told me he would write up his report and send it in .. he said there was wind damage … 5 days later USAA said they were going to replace my roof …I was surprised and happy ..anyways the the whole process with Jonathan was great … a true gentleman… never pushy.. let me take my time … walked me through the whole process and answered all my hundred questions.. his crew was great .. cleaned up after each day.. and we’re all very friendly. My house looks beautiful and the new gutters they put on looks like a brand new house .. thank you Jonathan!!!
