Dr. Rubino was thorough and gentle in explaining the procedure and his staff was both professional and personable. I felt a bit more at ease and more trusting when I scheduled my upcoming procedure.
Overall, the appointment was good, although the outcome was not in my favor. I learned that I have a failed implant, as the crown fell out while I was eating, and I had hoped it could be reinserted. However, due to bone loss, it appears that this may be challenging. While I was disappointed with the recommendation, I understand and respect it, and I will begin the suggested remediation as soon as possible.
As for the staff, they were excellent, and the same applies to Dr. Rubinho.
It was a very pleasant experience. My hygienist Kendyl took me back to her station as soon a I arrived, was very professional, informative and gentle. I would recommend Kendyl and Dr. Rubino's office to anyone.
