I got tired of driving from LW to either Delray Beach or Royal Palm to use my old gym. This location is literally a 10 minute walk from my home.
At first, I had to get re-used to the smallness as I had been a member of the former Zoo gym in Royal Palm, but I thoroughly enjoy the downtown location.
I’m thankful for the Star Trac 3-D Smith equipment as it allows me to do my my heavy loaded carries and holds in a safer manner without being an inconvenience to other members.
I played professional rugby in many different countries where we had the best trainers and I know that I can probably never be at my peak like that again but signing up for the 6 week program with Mitch at his Gym has brought me back a sense of drive, motivation, body transformation and self respect! Im feeling like I might even be able to breach that peak that I thought was the limit. It's week 4 at this moment and in a week im doing my first endurance race called the spartan race in Tampa Florida (my first race in 8 years also the first in the USA) i play club rugby for Miami and with Mitch's training, personal connection and healthy environment. Mitch does a hell of a job running the place. I am not one for working out and signed up for the 6 week program. Saw some pretty great results. While I may have put Mitch and company through hell during the sessions, I had a great time going up there and getting a great workout in. Worth every penny.
