Ron at Power Generation is an excellent technician. He is knowledgeable and doesn’t just try and sell you a new unit. If it can be fixed, he’ll fix it. Everyone else just told me I needed a new unit. He fixed it and it’s still running great. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

We have an older whole house Generac generator. The alternator was not working right and the part no longer manufactured. Ron was a genius - he found the problem part of the alternator and got one on Ebay saving us a fortune. Great work! Honest and reliable! Cannot say good enough things about Power Generation Inc.!
