I came here to get a fill in for my gel nails. The girl working said she didn’t much gel experience and asked if she could do acrylic instead. I said sure it was fine asked some questions, and was told they last 2-4 weeks or longer because they’re durable. It’s been a week and a half and one fell off, 2 more are falling off, and the polish is chipped. She took 2 and a half hours to take off nails and put acrylics on. She was also watching netflix full volume while doing my nails.

Workers would leave one customer to help another instead of finishing with one. While the customer is waiting for 15 mins to come back to finish the job. While other works are doing nothing’s just looking on their phones

my boyfriend and I came in last minute on a Sunday so that was a convenience for them to still take us. I got a manicure I asked for something simple, acrylic with a pink powder I believe for a more natural look usually when getting my nails done I'm nervous but I think she did me well ((:
