I’ve been seeing Rosa for almost 5years and I am just so glad to have found her. My previous nail tech of 15 yrs was good, but not great. I’d often have issues. BUT ROSA!! She’s better than good, she’s one of the most talented nail artists I’ve ever seen. There’s no lifting, no polish wearing off, no plain boring nails. Every time I go, I leave with a work of art on my hands and toes. Rosa knows what needs to be done, she preempts any potential problems, her artwork is better than Picasso.
