1,000,000% I was told I needed a new unit by another a/c guy. Kyle came by as my 2nd opinion and he fixed the problem in minutes and was INCREDIBLY affordable.
Yesterday (a year later) I had a different issue with my unit and his brother came out after business hours. He was here til 9pm until he fixed it. They are not only kind, but so honest and reasonable!! Would recommend 10/10 they’re def my A/C guys forever!!!

I've been using My A/C Guy for several years now and Kyle's service has been exceptional every single time. From annual maintenance to service calls, he'll explain exactly what is wrong or what needs to be done and more than happy to answer any questions or concerns I have. He's communicative, punctual, professional, knowledgeable and his work is neat. He always fixes the issue at hand and leaves the work area the same or better than before he arrived. He's straight forward if there's a service I need or not and his prices are competitive. You really do get what you paid for, quality service and a peace of mind. Highly recommended!

I have been through so many AC companies down here, they just do not care. Kyle is the exception, he is knowledgeable, he educates, he is professional, takes his time and makes sure you know what is going on. Even follows up! Which is unheard of in this market. I would highly recommend Kyle. If you want a company that actually cares and won't leave you high and dry after their install or service, look no further. I am overly impressed.
