In all honesty, I just had the most promising and enlightening conversation with one of the representatives Corey. We talked on the phone for about 20 minutes and he was nothing but helpful and supportive. Truly he made my day, with not only advocating for me, but for the program. In itself. He did a wonderful job at explaining everything and giving me the chance to be open with him and understood. Well Done Corey!

I really don’t know where to start…… Level Up saved my life!!! I have been to treatment before but here I was treated like a person. The staff is absolutely amazing!! The therapist care and are there to treat your addiction not talk to you for 10 mins and move on. The accommodations are the best I have ever seen, it makes you feel comfortable and safe. The food…. Well it’s Chick-Fil-A good lol. In all seriousness, if you are struggling with addiction and don’t know where to turn, Level Up in Lake Worth is the right place for you.
