I'm extremely frustrated with the front desk experience at Laser Skin & Wellness. For the past few months, simply trying to book an appointment has been a nightmare. Every time I call, I'm placed on hold for several minutes, only to be hung up on. This has happened repeatedly at both locations. Even when I do manage to get through, appointments are often scheduled incorrectly or mishandled. It's incredibly disappointing and unprofessional, especially for a practice that otherwise offers quality services. The only reason I continue coming here is because Gina, the PA who does my Botox, is excellent. However, the ongoing issues with the reception staff make the overall experience stressful and unreliable. This is something that seriously needs to be addressed.
