About LA Fitness

With its spacious basketball courts and well-designed layout, LA Fitness is a great choice for the local community. The gym is well-organized, not crowded, and features machines in good condition. The light, natural color scheme creates a relaxing and spacious ambiance, and the absence of loud music contributes to a pleasant environment. The customer service and front desk staff are described as pleasant and supportive. Customers have found the gym to be comprehensive, offering a wide range of equipment, from machines and weights to HIIT gear and a pool, sauna, and indoor basketball court. While the gym has generally been well-maintained, one customer has noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the sauna, which is an amenity many customers value. New upgrades have been amazing. Love the rogue fitness section and additional dumbbells. Also shout out to the manager that gets his hands dirty and organized the weight room. It’s sad that grown adults can’t rerack their weights and pick up their trash. I’m tired of seeing the 125 dumbbell on the other side of the gym in the middle of the floor. RERACK YOUR WEIGHTS! Good job management with the changes everyone’s very friendly as well.
The gym is great and we always get an amazing work out but the details matter.
The gym is filthy and not being cleaned to the standards that it should be.
Mirrors are filthy for weeks.
The areas around the machines are not clean.
The green turf area is filled with hair and dirt.
The antibacterial wipes/foam is usually empty.
There are no towels or paper towels available in the gym area.
The gym is closing next week for renovations. Hopefully members will return to a much cleaner facility with better management too!
Good over all, staff is not supervising people doing exercise. I counted more that at least 4 equipments damaged and with a pending maintenance sign. Most of the cardio equipment seems old and rusted. I will update this review once I see improvements.
