Absolutely pathetic to make a service call with this guy only to have him call us laughing about forgetting about us. Thats right he actually had the gull to laugh about not showing up to a call he scheduled. 25 hours after he scheduled our service call for our leaking toilet this guy calls and laughs about forgetting about his scheduled customer. We didn't find a thing in the world funny about not hearing from this guy. My advice, is to go to anyone but this guy. If he can't be trusted to show up and at the very least, call, how much can he be trusted to do the job? I'm not so sure his work ethics would be any better than his scheduling or should I say lack of. What a complete waste of time.

We made an appointment for Ed to be at our house at a certain time and he showed up on time. He took care of our problems and cleaned up when he was finished. We paid a fair price for his time and materials. We are very satisfied with this business.
