Dr. Mary Scanlon is an exceptional physician known for her kindness and thoroughness. Patients appreciate her attentiveness and the personal touch she brings to each visit, remembering details about their care. Many have been under her care for several years and continue to feel grateful for her support. Dr. Scanlon is very knowledgeable and provides a feeling of hope while being honest about health matters. She guides patients to the right resources when needed. While there have been concerns regarding some phone staff, who have been described as rude and unhelpful, other staff members, like Kim at the front desk, make great efforts to assist patients. Despite any issues, Dr. Scanlon's dedication and positive interactions make her a valued primary physician for many.
It is very rare to find a Dr. that listens to their patients. Over 15 years ago I found one. Dr. Scanlon goes above and beyond for her patients and makes you feel like family. The office is extremely busy and that is the reason.
THIS OFFICE IS VERY COMPASSIONATE, EFFICIENT, AND THE WAIT TIME IS NOT BAD FOR THE AMOUNT OF PATIENTS THEY HAVE. NATALIE THE RECEPTIONIST IS EXCELLENT WITH PROVIDING ASSISTANCE IN ALL THE IMPORTANT QUESTIONS NEEDED FOR APPTS. 👏 Dr. MARY N. SCANLON IS AN AMAZING COMPASSIONATE Dr. THAT WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE ALL OF HER PATIENTS COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR TREATMENTS!!! Dr Scanlon’s and Staff are very proficient.Dr Scanlon’s takes time to address all needs ! Never felt like cattle yet like family, she takes time with you! Also her staff is just as kind. If you are kind and patient with them they will give the same back I give this practice a 5 star review
