After 2 visits of Cool Bear/Costco being told both AC Units need to be replaced & charged for this “diagnostic” I didn’t hesitate to call Dan Olson for his opinion. Refrigerant leak was easily fixed!
I reached out to Don Olson’s AC this past Saturday morning due to an issue that started Friday evening. They were quick to call me back (the only ones that did!) and eager to help! Laura was very helpful and friendly. They set an appointment to come within 2 hours but in the meantime Laura called again with a suggestion from her boss. The suggestion worked!!! I have to commend them for their service and willingness to help me figure out the problem without coming out and charging me a weekend service call plus any charges that may have been incurred for services and/or labor. It’s very refreshing to know that businesses like this still exist. They’ve definitely earned my trust and future business!!
Great service! Dan and his crew replaced our AC and installed all new ducts for our home a few weeks ago. 100% satisfied and priced right!
