Cost Less Dry Cleaners

HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would! I took a comforter in for dry cleaning spent $40 and was told it would be ready in a week on Thursday. I called Thur to see if it’s ready and they said it will be ready for pick up after 5 PM. I drive 20 minutes to go pick it up on Saturday and the girl tells me that it’s not ready because they had to re-clean it. Didn’t bother to call me and informed me so I didn’t waste my time driving there to pick it up when it wasn’t ready! Don’t waste your time or money coming here!

Very Disappointing Experience

I’m extremely frustrated with this dry cleaner. I paid extra for expedited service, expecting my clothes to be ready on time—especially since it was for my Easter Sunday outfit. However, when I checked my receipt, it said pickup was scheduled for Saturday after 5 PM… but the store actually closes at 5 PM!

Because of this mistake, I was unable to pick up my outfit in time for Easter, which completely defeated the purpose of paying for rush service. There was clearly a lack of communication and attention to detail.
