BE CAREFUL BE CAREFULThe attention of one of the girls at the counter was terrible, I asked her for her name and she didn't want to give it, they never identify themselves, you ask for the Manager's name and they don't give you information.I only sent a shirt to be ironed and it didn't appear anywhere, after 40 minutes of insisting so much they found out and realized that it was sent to another place, so I had to wait another hour for them to bring the shirt. They tossed out my $389 Army suit jacket (AGSU) because someone who no longer works their didn't tag it. The Manager said it has nothing to do with them taking no responsibility. Horrible way to do business. Just down the street there is a place with better management I'll go there if I were you!

At drop-off, the counter person was not customer friendly at all. Pick up counter person was very pleasant. Items not well pressed, crooked crease in pants. Two stars for the nice person at pick up.
