This Lagree method and studio have delivered on fitness goals. It is the hardest, yet safest, exercise I have ever done. In addition, it has produced the largest amount of health benefits in the shortest amount of time. I am grateful for the Largee method and the convenience of the studio's location. The instructors are friendly and focused on giving a challenging workout. If you are looking for a consistently challenging workout and don't have a lot of time to waste, this is your studio!

Not enough words to express how amazing the studio and Isabel (trainer) are! Every single class, you are pushed to work harder. 100% results driven and you get every penny’s worth. I suggest taking her class if you havent yet. She is passionate about her clientele and will get you hooked!
