We first hired Jose (cool express) years ago when we first purchased our home, in 2016. There was a small, annoying part that kept burning out. We knew when we bought the house the A/C unit was old and would have to be replaced… we just hoped we could get a couple of years out of it. On Saturday I had new AC Unit installed by Cool Express Service . Jose was wonderful, he takes pride in his work. He by far provided the tidiest installation and best detailed quote, along with being ontime and professional .All my questions were answered, I was provided all the necessary paperwork by the end of the installation. Lesly at his offices was very responsive in making sure everything was scheduled.Thank you Jose, great job.Frances Lennane
