We first hired Jose (cool express) years ago when we first purchased our home, in 2016. There was a small, annoying part that kept burning out. We knew when we bought the house the A/C unit was old and would have to be replaced… we just hoped we could get a couple of years out of it. While most companies would have pressured us to purchase new… for tons of money, Jose explained what we needed and offered to fix it- over and over.. we knew without the new unit, this part would continue to burn out, but he knew we wanted to wait as long as possible before dropping thousands. With zero complaints, he continued repairing this low-cost part! Once we were ready to bite the bullet, Cool Express installed the new unit, along with the nest thermostat. Jose and Leslie were amazing, while I probably called a billion times, with questions about the nest! Lol Jose comes every six month now, to service the new system. Jose and Leslie are professional, kind and do all they can to come to our home on OUR schedule and bend over backwards to meet our needs. They exceed our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a new A/C company, whether it’s for a small repair- even last minute… or for an entirely new system with new duck work, etc., hire these guys and you will never look back!!
