They’re very VERY unprofessional they don’t want to answer the phone. There could be something wrong with your taxes and she won’t let you know you’ll just have to keep calling and calling and calling and They won’t even answer your calls. You might just have to show up in person just to get communication with them. Whatever you do find somewhere else to file your taxes because this place is lack of communication.

I was recommended to this facility by a co worker but the service was highly unprofessional. I kept having to text the individual and email them my documents. It wasn’t until I called them unprofessional and having a big lack of communication that I got a response. Shortly after, they said they had an “emergency” and couldn’t do my taxes and this was a week before the IRS deadline. They are of Haitian descent and do not like being called out and try to be condescending when you just want to hold them accountable. Go elsewhere where you don’t have to hound them for a response and to provide you a service you are paying them for.
