We had a great experience from start to finish. Steve and Bill were fantastic—professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail. The carpet installation was completed beautifully, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
My family and I have been coming to Carpets Direct for over 30 years. We have always gotten excellent customer service across the board. Installation has always been timely and the installers are informative and professional. They have a variety of services including binding. I have moved to PSL and still rely on Carpet Mills for my flooring needs.
We had a really great experience across 2 purchases. Bill gave us straight forward options with our carpet selections and helped us meet some timing goals during out home renovations. Bill provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The installation teams were on time, worked hard and the installations looked great. This was a great deal on our budget and we we treated very well. We highly recommend this team!!
