We just had a new carpet installed in our condo by Carpet Mills Direct. It was an exceptionally good shopping experience. On entering their shop you know these people are in the flooring business. They have a large inventory for immediate installation and lots of samples for order. We decided on a carpet that had to be ordered. It arrived 5 days later and Steve arranged installation a few days later. Installation went really well and the installers moved all our furniture carefully with good humor. Total price was competitive and customer service far exceeds anything you will get from one of the big box hardware stores or the fast talking guys who advertise on TV.
We highly recommend the guys at Carpet Mills Direct! We needed a rug bound last minute (last minute being the next day) and these guys delivered! Bill helped us pick out a carpet that would work and John bound it the next morning and delivered it to our home. Today it's hard to find people with any customer service skills but these guys go above and beyond to make sure you are happy!
