I am your typical 8-10hrs a day worker. For 2 years I was on my feet all day every day and just recently changed careers to the total opposite desk job. I have been experiencing pain in my right lower back for quite some time now. I attempted self healing through stretch and yoga which relieved the area temporarily. Today I gave in and made an appointment with Steven Apicerno who I have seen in the past for a separate injury and OMG! By the end of one session the pain was gone. I couldn't believe it. Dr. Apicerno is the best! You will literally walk in with pain and walk out without. He is very knowledgeable and detailed. The office environment is very friendly and welcoming. My shoulder has healed which is a good thing, but I miss visiting them at the same time. I highly recommend Dr. Apicerno.
