Ed and Daniel did a fantastic job on getting stains out of the carpet that past cleaners said was not able to do ! They then treated several leather couches and loveseats that have been used daily for almost twenty years and restored their appearance to an amazing bright clean look . They were professional, courteous, timely and very cooperative in moving things around! Would definitely recommend them for their excellent workmanship with carpeting, leather furniture and grout! Will add photos at a later date!

My experience with Ed and 3 Steps Cleaning & Renewal was satisfactory. Ed was very professional and great with communication. He and his sons were punctual and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Ed was considerate and respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with our results.
The only negative feedback I have is that some of the longstanding spots were lightened after the initial steam clean, but ended up darker after follow up spot treatment, and it would’ve been nice to know that there was potential for that lesser desired outcome.
All in all, I would recommend Ed and his team for carpet, upholstery, and other home cleaning… read full review
