My experience with Ed and 3 Steps Cleaning & Renewal was satisfactory. Ed was very professional and great with communication. He and his sons were punctual and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Ed was considerate and respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with our results.
The only negative feedback I have is that some of the longstanding spots were lightened after the initial steam clean, but ended up darker after follow up spot treatment, and it would’ve been nice to know that there was potential for that lesser desired outcome.
