Cheryl was amazing to deal with. She has been my realtor for both the homes I have bought. She was/is a family friend, but she really knows her stuff. Not saying this was always the case but even when she was on vacation, she was working out issues that I didn't even know about until her and the lender had already worked out the details. She also has a large list of people she works with to handle other issues that you may have come up along the way. I can't say enough about how easy she made this process for me.
