I had my nails done at Magic Nail and Spa in Lake Wales last week, and I had such a wonderful experience. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who did my nails, but he did an amazing job. He was friendly, professional, patient, and paid great attention to detail. My nails turned out beautiful, and I was very pleased with the quality of his work.

I walked into the salon to ask for pricing and information about getting my hair done, not the first time. One hairstylist, i believe her name is rene,? She was on the phone and simply told me “$85 and up” without giving me any details or asking what service I wanted. I found that very unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Fortunately, my hairstylist overheard the conversation and stepped in to help. Jess took the time to explain everything, asked what I wanted done, and provided a proper consultation without charging me. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

Dad and I were very lucky late on a Friday afternoon to walk in and be seated immediately for pedicures. The technicians spent time and energy to make our experience wonderful. The salon was very clean and the prices were competitive. I am definitely going to come back!!!!
