Woke up this morning to AC not cooling. Called and left a message, got a call back quickly and was back up and running in less than 2 hours from my initial call. Joe and Jade are wonderful people and I am very thankful for them. Will always recommend Gill’s Heating and Cooling Inc.
I have been a customer of Gill's since 2018. They are very reasonably priced and do good work. My ac went out yesterday evening and Joe came from Lakeland to help me out. He an his wife have been nothing but kind and professional.
We’ve been loyal customers of Joe and his crew for since we first moved to Lake Wales in 2012.
Our first experience back then was when I was a snowbird and drove back to LW in the summer of 2012 to find our AC out in the house. It was over 110 inside. I saw the Gill’s refrigerator magnet from the previous owner, called and they were out within an hr. They diagnosed and fixed my unit immediately and covered everything under warranty.
