They did such such a good job repairing my air conditioner last year that I decided to enroll in a maintenance contract, which involves two annual maintenance visits. When a visit is completed, you are emailed a comprehensive list at what they did at the visit and their assessments. They came for the second annual one yesterday. My air conditioner has been running maintenance-free since their first visit. Their prices are reasonable and I highly recommend them.
