Had my expedition serviced, then few weeks later tires and brakes. Did an outstanding job, Alex is a true professional; communication was outstanding, and made me feel confident in Mullinax. I’m now thinking of buying a truck from them if they can continue to provide that level of customer care ! Please don’t change into these other dealers. I finally found a place I trust and like.
Saturday march 8th.
Droppped car the night before for a 1000a appt on Saturday and needed vehicle done by noon.
The phone system here is absolutely crap. Call, asked to hold 20 minutes and diconnected. Call, asked to hold 15 minutes to voicmeail. Appointment schedule as well is equally terrible.
So I decided to swing by and see what was up at 1130a. My truck was still where I left it.
I was as salty as I could be.
Alex should be promoted, nurtured, and commended. He talked me down and made everything right. He is an asset. Please reward this gentlemen accordingly.

Please allow me a few minutes to wax poetic about my experience with Dave McKenzie as my service advisor.
Let me preface this by saying that my first experience with him was about 8 years ago when I had the good fortune of him being my car salesperson. There was no pressure to purchase, and honest answers given.
Then about five years later, I once again had the distinct pleasure of having Mr. McKenzie as my financial advisor while I negotiated a simultaneous trade-in and purchase.
