Our 19 year old cat was failing. She had been diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease the year before. Planned Pethood Cares showed compassion and professionalism as they helped her cross rainbow bridge. They waived the vet fee and only charged me for euthalization and cremation. About $240 less than her regular Vet. So happy to find them! The techs thanked me for taking care of her for 19 years. To my surprise a couple of weeks later I received a sympathy card from them! Top notch!

Very friendly staff and they really care about your fur babies. That was my second time going there and my experience was just as good as the first time. They took really good care of my little Ozzie kitten. He’ll be back in 3 weeks for a booster shot.

I love all the staff. My Blü loves them too! They are so professional and friendly and took very good care of my 6 month old Blue Merle Great Dane! Thank you ladies for taking such good care of my baby boy
