My experience this time was great. Wait time was reasonable and the cost was half the price of the regular veterinary clinic. Update/ visited on 12-9-25 and had a great experience again. My dog had something on her gum line which I expected to be told it needed to be removed and she would need the whole dental work up again(dental done about a year ago). But nope doctor said it was a skin tag and to just keep an eye on it. So appreciate her honesty and she wasn't just out for financial gain. Thank you Planned pethood for your honesty and great care💜
Today was my Queenie's 4th visit. She has a traumatic background and they are so very loving and patient with her. The ladies here definitely love their job. They are truly passionate about every animal that steps through the door. Queenie has a couple favorite techs there so shes very comfortable and feels safe there. That is very important. This place is amazing. We had a feral cat issue on my property. I emailed about trying to start trapping them to be fixed. Tonia answered my email right away and then had someone call me to follow up. They worked with me and were flexible and so easy to work with. Everyone I came in contact with was kind and understanding. After 3 traps and spays/neuters I was part of the family. Once the hardest to trap cat was caught they gave me high fives. Huge shout out to Samantha who made me feel like she was right there with me.
