I had an ongoing injury that prevented me from doing yoga to my full potential and because of Shawn and his help I am back to doing yoga. He has literally changed my life with his work. He knows many techniques to help your individual issue. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Shawn at Windows of Wellness.

When I moved to Florida 2 years ago, I decided to contact some local Christian churches to ask if they knew of a Christian massage therapist. That’s how God led me to Shawn and his killer thumbs. ?Shawn is the ultimate massage therapist and he is simply the best at what he does!He will evaluate your posture, listen to your description of what hurts, and educate you about your problem areas. Shawn’s stretching classes are great. My knees are much better as a result of doing his classes. He is professional and does fabulous massages.Shawn is best therapeutic massage therapist around!!
