Their customer service was and continues to be way above & beyond the competition. While I was play testing several makes & models to find the sound I wanted, they were always helpful in answering my questions and allowing me the time and space to play without interruption. This really helped me select the best horn for my style & sound.
Great guitar store. They took the time to explain the differences in guitars in the price range I wanted to shop in. And, let me take as much time as needed to play the various guitars and pick the right one.
I had doubts about taking keyboard and piano lessons from this instructor, which were put to rest when I met this instructor. I took their webcam lessons which I found were quite interactive and engaging. They provided feedback and that helped me improve quickly. I discovered other musical genres because of the instructor's familiarity with a variety of styles. I'm thrilled with my advancement and plan to keep taking classes from this wonderful instructor.
