I came across Effective Stretch on Groupon and decided to give it a try. I came in for the stretching/massage due to sciatic pain/issues. Rick has been instrumental in helping me to get some relief. I've never had anyone before who had gotten deep into the area of my where the source of my pain is (the butt joint). Sitting on a ball did not do it for me. After my 1st visit. I decided to purchase a package. I've been telling all my friends about it. Wished I had found this place sooner
