Definitely Effective stretch lab! Calming atmosphere. Very professional, knowledgeable, assesses needs, provides therapeutic solutions and maintenance, as well as damage prevention. Demonstrates full knowledge of physiology of the body, and how each part works/how it is affected by every day use. Need to persevere through intense stretching but outweighs it’s benefits immensely.
