My friend gifted me a gift card on Spafinder.com. I'm so happy I found this place! Rick was great and was able to break up muscle adhesions throughout my back and hips not to mention the front of my shins which were extremely tense. I was sore the next couple days but could feel the fluidity return to those once rigid areas. I will definitely be back to keep loosening up those areas and more! Highly recommend!

Rick is amazing not only at identifying why you are probably sore in a certain spot, he is also great at working on those area to give you relief!
