Rick is amazing not only at identifying why you are probably sore in a certain spot, he is also great at working on those area to give you relief! I am planning on coming back routinely because he also helps athletes recover faster. I love playing golf and at 67 yrs old I definitely need to stay as pliable as possible… lol!!!

The place is really nice inside and very comfortable feeling. The massage is the best I have ever got. Very experienced and knowledgeable. The things he adds in are amazing. Every minute was an amazing experience. We’ll be back most definitely.
