Oscar and his team at Pro Contracting and Renovations did an amazing job remodeling our bath and shower. He was professional and timely from the initial appointment and planning through to project completion. He provided us with the opportunity to explore options during our tile selection and was responsive to all of our questions during our planning phase. During our demolition, Oscar found that we had some polybutylene plumbing remaining and connected us with a plumber the same day who provided us with a quote for repair. He knew that this was unsafe plumbing to remain in our home and wanted to ensure we were able to have time to replace it. Additionally, we had a defective tub and not only did Oscar pick up the original tub, he removed it, returned it and picked up the replacement tub for us. Despite our plumbing and defective tub concerns, Oscar and his team were able to remain on track with our original time schedule. He stayed in constant communication with us regarding the adjustments. He and his team were pleasant, professional, timely, clean, and we felt safe at all times while they completed work in our home. At the end of each day, they cleaned up our home and organized their equipment. We are overjoyed with our new bathtub and shower space and look forward to them returning to complete more work in our home. We highly recommend this company for any future needs. Oscar was very professional to work with and cares about the quality of his work. He completed a list of repairs at my home including drywall, painting, replacing outlets, replacing lights, and wood rot repairs.
