I recently had a rhinoplasty and now I’m 3 months post-op , and I couldn't be happier with the results. The surgeon Dr. Gross did an amazing job, every detail was carefully handled, and the outcome looks natural and exactly what I hoped for, everyday it continues to look better and better, he really is the best surgeon!! The whole process was smooth, and I felt truly cared for. The healing process was surprisingly good thanks to Dr. Gross’s gentle touch! Dr. Gross and his staff are absolutely amazing! From the consult to post surgical care you will always be covered and feel educated and comfortable. Dr. Gross is extremely attentive and so down to earth. He personally went through a very detailed presentation of what his expectations were for the procedure. He genuinely cares about his patients! His staff makes sure you are prepared and comfortable with your procedure. Dr Edward Gross and his staff are amazing! Dr Gross’ experience in being specialized in facial procedures/surgeries for decades made me very excited and confident to get started. From Kyn at the front desk, Shalyn in the back, to Sara in the surgery staff, the convenient text reminders, phone calls discussions answering my questions, emails, and in person interactions were all very professional, friendly and thorough. The office tour I was given was lovely, and the med spa team next to them was very nice as well.
